Register your interestLovedale Farm is focused around an 18-hole championship golf course, described by course designer Darius Oliver as an authentic old-school inland British layout.
Darius is famous for scenic course designs at The Hills in Otago, New Zealand, and Cape Wickham on King Island, Tasmania, which has been rated Australia’s number one public golf course.
The layout at Lovedale Farm embraces the natural topography of the land to give golfers an immersive and idyllic rural golfing experience.
The pace of life at Lovedale Farm can be of your choosing. Luxuriate by the pool for much deserved rest and relaxation or elevate your heart rate while enjoying the many recreation opportunities available to those fortunate enough to call Lovedale Farm their home.
Proudly welcoming the best of the Hunter’s artisans and producers, the dining precinct at Lovedale Farm is set to become a popular attraction for residents, locals and visitors alike. A village-style layout aims to generate a lively atmosphere for the enjoyment of authentic farm-to-table dining.
Inspired by the rugged surrounds of the Hunter Valley, Lovedale Farm will feature 170 hectares of open space, 7km of walking trails and a wooded meadow design that creates a sympathetic and harmonious addition to the local landscape.
Founded in 1991, Capital Corporation is leading the planning and delivery of Lovedale Farm. We are best known for community-building projects at Woolooware Bay Town Centre in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, Eden Grange Estate at Riverstone and Esplanade Norwest at Norwest in Sydney’s Hills District.
At Lovedale Farm, we have worked hard to create a property that steps lightly on the landscape yet provides lasting benefits to the region. We aim to do justice to the opportunity to foster a community that will bring pride to the Hunter Valley.
“Each member of the team we’ve pulled together here at Lovedale Farm has really bought into what we are trying to achieve, which is something that will live well beyond us and our lives. Lovedale Farm is one of those projects you only get once in a lifetime.”
