Founded in 1991, Capital Corporation is leading the planning and delivery of Lovedale Farm. We are best known for community-building projects at Woolooware Bay Town Centre in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, Eden Grange Estate at Riverstone and Esplanade Norwest at Norwest in Sydney's Hills District.
At Lovedale Farm, we have worked hard to create a property that steps lightly on the landscape yet provides lasting benefits to the region. We aim to do justice to the opportunity to foster a community that will bring pride to the Hunter Valley.

Jim Hunter is a director of Capital Corporation, the developer and owner of Lovedale Farm. Jim has an affinity with the Lovedale region, and it has been a personal passion of his to curate a team with specialist expertise to bring this opportunity to life.

Principal, Hachem Architecture
Fady Hachem is the principle of Hachem Architecture, an award-winning design studio based in Melbourne that specialises in high end hotel, tourism and residential developments. Hachem is leading the master planning and architectural components of the Lovedale Farm project.
“My vision for Lovedale Farm has been to create something truly special for the Hunter. The rural landscape has inspired the design; you can't go past the beautiful setting. Residents can live, work and play at Lovedale Farm and those who visit can enjoy all that's on offer here.”
Meet the architect
Golf Course Designer
Darius Oliver has forged a reputation for golf course design on the back of incredibly successful recent ventures in New Zealand and on King Island. Darius is a design traditionalist whose philosophy is to bring out the natural characteristics of the landscape to create the most authentic experience possible for golfers.
“The first time I came here it was dry and it was warm and there was water in the creeks. You had to get out on foot and walk to feel the undulations and the contours beneath your feet. As a design traditionalist, it is my goal to draw out the rugged natural beauty of the Hunter Valley landscape. We get to celebrate the best parts of this property through golf.”

Director, Moir Studio
David Moir is the director of Moir Landscape Architecture in Newcastle. In a 25-year career, he has created landscape solutions for schools, community centres, residential estates and commercial precincts. David has undertaken several projects in the lower Hunter region, making him the obvious choice for the role at Lovedale Farm.
“The design of Lovedale Farm is centred around the open space. It's been a very strong principle of the landscape design to ensure that the native fauna that are critical to the survival of this land are accommodated. So, it's not just a place for people; it's a place for all those other creatures as well.”
