DISCLOSURE: The Masterplan is indicative of the general nature and character of the proposed masterplan upon completion. It is Capital Corporations current intention to deliver Lovedale Farm as depicted in the masterplan, but some elements may be subject to change and are also subject to Council approval. Capital Corporation reserves the right to modify the masterplan. The timing of completion and the delivery of the various stages and components of the masterplan will take a number of years and is dependent on many factors including market conditions, authorities and approvals.
A focus of the masterplan has been to create defined precincts that provide character to the overall experience of life at Lovedale Farm. Inspired by the character of local heritage buildings, these impressively appointed and superbly crafted dwellings offer a range of layouts, internal colour schemes and façades.
Lots vary from 500 to 2,000sqm in size and are situated with a choice of golf, rural and village aspects.
The layout at Lovedale Farm embraces the natural topography of the land to give golfers an immersive and idyllic rural golfing experience.
