LOVEDALE Farm's 18-hole championship course isn't expected to open until 2028 but is already generating excitement.
Golf NSWchief executive officer Stuart Fraser described it as a "milestone project for the state" with "all the hallmarks of a world-class golf destination", while Australian Golf Digest compared the development with New Zealand's Jacks Point, widely regarded as one of the world's finest courses.
Work on the 18-hole championship course begins in March.
Spanning a 600-acre site opposite The Vintage onWine Country Drive, Capital Corporation's Lovedale Farm will also feature a clubhouse, 500 houses, a 300-room resort, a private residents' pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, a green village oval and an off-leash dog park.
