Hunter Valley tees off - The Australian Financial Review
Capital Corporation has launched into the next stage of its $l billion residential golfing estate project in the Hunter Valley. After opening its Lovedale Farm display home last weekend, it secured $8.6 million in sales and welcomed more than 400 attendees. With house and land pricing from $1.14 million, the development is attracting interest from both owner-occupiers and investors from the Hunter and Newcastle areas and Sydney metro, it said. The 18-hole championship course development has been two decades in the making. Over the first release of lots at Lovedale Farm, more than 70 per cent sold totalling $61 million in sales. Only five golf frontage lots remain in the first stage. Spanning 240 hectares on Wine Country Drive in Lovedale, the first 200 homes and championship golf course are expected to be completed in late 2027.
