R.M.Williams Competition Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 26 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 4 September 2026.

Eligibility
• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of Capital Corporation and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
• To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form available on the Lovedale Farm website during the Promotion Period.
• Entrants must provide the information requested in the form and comply with any entry instructions provided.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Prize
One eligible winner will receive:
One AUD $1,000 R.M.Williams gift voucher.
• The voucher will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash.
• The voucher is subject to any applicable R.M.Williams gift voucher terms and conditions.
• The total prize pool is valued at AUD $1,000.

Winner Selection
• One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The draw will take place on 7/09/26.
• Capital Corporation's decision regarding the winner is final.

Notification and Claiming
• The winner will be contacted directly by Capital Corporation using the contact details provided in their competition entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Capital Corporation reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select a new winner.
• Capital Corporation reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with, or fails to comply with, the entry process or these Terms & Conditions.

General Conditions
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by R.M.Williams.
• Capital Corporation reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.
• By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• By entering the promotion entrants agree to being added to the Capital Corporation marketing database.
• Personal information provided through the entry form will be used by Capital Corporation for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Capital Corporation's privacy practices.
